I really miss the weekends!

I really miss going to concerts and eating out. 🎸🥁🎙🎵🎶🎼🍔🍟🍕🍱🍜🍢🥡🍨

I had already been working from home before the #pandemic started so #remotework didn't have such a drastic impact in my life. I actually felt that not much has changed in terms of my #workroutine 

I already had a dedicated #workspace, I had already set boundaries, my mother sends me messages instead of knocking on the door, I had already learned how to make a #schedule and organize every hour of my day.

The biggest change for me was not having #weekends and I do miss having a few beers, #eatingout and going to #concerts

It feels like every day is #weekday
So I have to be more #mindful of my activities to avoid feeling #overwhelmed

Because #teachers deal with #people it's extremely important that we take care of our own minds and bodies to make sure we have #goodenergy

Nobody likes being around #grumpy people who just complain about everything.

Things have been really difficult,  but many things are totally out of our control. 

There's nothing we can do, but try to find strategies to deal with these #challengingtimes the best way we can.

Some simple things I do to work better from home:

1.Drink lots of water.
2.Go to the garden and see the sun, if you live in an apartment, look out the window and appreciate the view.
3.Spend some time in the sun.
4.Stretch the muscles.
5.Walk around the block.
6.See beautiful photos on Instagram (I love kittens, places to travel to and farm houses).
7.Chat with friends.
8.Share meals with family
9.Go to bed early so that I can wake up at 5am.
10.Chillax: read a book, watch series, learn new things (recipes & skills), take courses or do absolutely nothing.
